We're taking everyday pantry staples and showing you how to turn whatever's in the fridge into something delicious, salads and desserts full of texture, flavour and colour. Our achievable tips will instantly make your food look more impressive.

In this workshop, you'll learn:

• Recipe confidence — you should never have to adapt to our recipes; they'll always adapt to you. We'll show you how to swap ingredients depending on what's in season or what's sitting in your fridge. Every recipe is a guideline, not a rulebook.
