SCOOP Cookery Workshop: Eastern European Flatbreads & Stews

Create a wholesome seasonal feast, using locally sourced ingredients.

An exploration of Eastern European cooking, covering flatbreads and seasonal stews. Learn how to make delicious filled flatbreads, such as Moldovan Plachindy, using local kefir and foraged sorrel, Azerbaijani Qutab or Armenian Zhingyalov Hats, alongside a Ukrainian Borscht or Georgian Kharcho. Vegetarian options will be available.

This will be a practice based hands on cooking class and everybody will go home with over £40 worth of delicious food to feed family and friends. Usually the Plachindy don't make it out of the kitchen!
