Indian curries with Neha Bisht

Join Neha for one of her wonderful workshops on authentic Indian cooking. In this workshop Neha will share her Kofta curry recipe and teach you how to make layered Indian flatbreads. As always the kitchen will be filled with lovely aromas and everybody goes home with a smile and some tasty food!

Your ticket includes all ingredients. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Workshops with Neha are very popular, so book early to avoid disappointment!

The Sustainable Cooperative aims to create a more environmentally sustainable supply of food in jersey, to support and nurture biodiversity and public health. We help develop the necessary infrastructure for organic and regenerative food systems to thrive. Operations include managing a farm shop, production kitchen, reuse centre, business incubator, education programme, catering services, and consultations with government and NGOs. We serve over 500 households and support over 150 local producers.

We are a Not for Profit community owed organisation, registered as a Better Food Trader and Living Wage Employer, accredited by Good Market Global and signed up to Chefs Manifesto. We believe that we are all custodians of the land through our choices as consumers and that our diets can have a profoundly positive impact. We look forward to seeing you all soon!
