Kick some musical goals with DSO! In this program, the gym becomes our concert hall, so grab your sneakers and explore the connection between music, sport and well-being with us. With Stravinsky Star-jumps, Beethoven Basketball-Beats, and Mendelssohn Meditations, you will be guided by DSO musicians alongside special guests from Hoops 4 Health and the CDU Sports Fitness and Recreation department, through a musical obstacle course of fun activities to help move bodies and calm minds.

Sessions:
First Session: 10am (ideal for 0 - 10 years)
Second Session: 11:30am (ideal for 11-16 years)
