Self Defense Course with Control Jiu-Jitsu

Control Jiu-Jitsu is offering an introductory self-defense course just for Space Coast Pride supporters! There are no requirements to attend...besides registering and payment. If there is enough interest they have already agreed that they would be willing to support an ongoing class for our community. This will only be for the Space Coast Pride community!

Time: 2pm - 3pm

Location: Control Jiu-Jitsu at Lake Washington Square
Address: 2447 N Wickham Rd suite 112, Melbourne, FL 32935 (old Tuesday
Morning shop at Lake Washington and Wickham)

What to bring: Water for hydration
How to dress: Gym clothes (you will be advised to remove their shoes
when stepping on the mat)
Cost: $20 + processing fees

Teens and Adults welcome.

Teens under 18 need a Parent/Guardian Waiver.
