Join Ruby Richardson in a workshop at The F Project to screenprint and transform clothing and fabrics into unique pieces of art. Learn methods to design & print fabrics or other non-wovens for use in the construction of wearable art, and explore ways to create textural effects on fabric.
For participants aged 15+ years.

Saturday 23rd September 9am - 4pm

Location: The F Project, 224 Timor St, Warrnambool  

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:
-smiles
-apron and gloves
-your own fabrics on which to print
-A4 drawing or copy of a simple design/motif*

*(uncomplicated graphic shapes work best. Intricate details designs are not suitable for this particular method)

TUTOR WILL SUPPLY:
-fun
-screens
-inks & printing equipment

YOU WILL TAKE HOME:
-knowledge of the screen-filler method and associated printing techniques
-your own screen for future printing
-your printed fabrics
