Join Trees For Life's 2021 artist-in-residence Rosina Possingham as she shares an insight into her new 2023 poster series for Nature Festival. A series that celebrates the stories and dedication of the widespread community behind Trees for Life.

Participants will have an opportunity to print images collected through Rosina’s residency at Trees For Life. Imagery from Trees For Life archive, seed collecting, Bush For Life working bees and the Westwood Nursery.

Participants will be provided a tea towel to print on and take home (included in workshop price). If you would like to have extra material to test on or to make extra prints (as time and materials permits) please bring along a plain t-shirt or tea towel to use. 

Staff from Trees For Life will share the important work Trees For life has done since 1981 safeguarding South Australia's biodiversity through restoration in partnership with community and empowering people to take action for the land they love. 

If you have an interest in printmaking, photography, botany, beauty or mindful hobbies this is going to be a Festival highlight.

About the artist: 

Rosina Possingham is an emerging multi-disciplinary South Australian artist, designer and photographer who is motivated to challenge, observe and rediscover the way people connect and experience landscape and environment. She undertook a residency with Trees For Life in its 40th year to tell stories of the incredibly dedicated community of South Australians who have contributed to its critical work over the past four decades; a community that includes her own family.
