‘Our Warrior’ fundraising film screening
This screening will take place on the unceded sovereign land of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people
A night of viewing of the film Our Warrior: The Story of Robbie Thorpe to fundraise for Pay The Rent and the Yuendumu Women’s Center in support of Kumanjayi White’s Family. This event will take place at Oddaný Gallery, and is a seated screening event. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase on the night and all proceeds from both ticket sales and all other purchases on the night will go towards donations to the aforementioned organisations.
The space will open on the night at 6pm for people to shuffle in to find their seats and speak with representatives from Crime Scene Australia. We encourage participants to attend the event before the screening begins to engage with the community putting this screening on. The film will begin at 7pm and runs for approximately 1 hour.
