Relational skill-building is a life skill, and in the real world, we don’t separate ourselves into categories of singles and couples. We interact with people from all walks of life, and every conversation, connection, or interaction is a form of relationship. This workshop mirrors real-life dynamics, allowing singles and couples to learn from one another. Couples provide insights into partnership dynamics, while singles bring fresh perspectives. This blend creates a richer learning environment where everyone can grow and build skills that apply to all relationships—not just romantic ones.

As a trauma-informed facilitator, I put a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation. There’s a misconception in the self-development world that growth must be intense or cathartic. I believe the opposite: You can go deep without being overwhelmed. This workshop is designed to be gentle, supportive, and tailored to what you need to feel safe. There will also be gentle reminders throughout the day that will continue to support your nervous system.

This event is not about sharing past traumas or being super vulnerable in front of others. The exercises focus on learning and takeaways, and any sharing is optional.
