SCSA Fondue Night
Event description
Join us for the annual Swiss Fondue Night at the Austrian Club! Tickets are limited to 120 people and registration closes Wed 17 April. This event has sold out quickly in previous years and registration will close as soon as we reach maximum capacity. Only groups of 8 or more people can request to sit together - one person should book for the whole group or alternatively send an email to info@swissclub.org.au once you have booked your ticket/s.
Included in price:
- 1 welcome drink per person (alcoholic or non-alcoholic, further drinks can be purchased at the bar, no BYO alcohol!)
- Cheese fondue (2 serves)
- Dessert for a shared buffet (many thanks in advance for your contribution!)
- Exciting entertainment with live music and a special guest performance!
What to bring:
- Fondue set: Please bring your Caquelon (fondue pot), fondue forks and safe burner. We can provide methylated spirits. Please let us know at the time of booking if you do not have a fondue set, likewise if you have a spare one to lend out at the event.
- Gold coins: Bring along gold coins to participate in the fun Kirsch bottle game!
- Dessert: We would be grateful for your contribution to the dessert buffet. The Club will provide you with coffee and tea.
- Help on the night: The committee will be meeting at 4.30 pm at the Austrian Club on 27 April to set up for the event and stay back to clean up. Any assistance at the end would be greatly appreciated.
One of the many highlights throughout the night is our raffle game. Just as in the years before, we are hoping to present you with a wonderful collection of dazzling prices.
