What to expect on a Floating Board:
From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with soothing music as you prepare for your self-compassion journey. Your session begins with a gentle poolside yoga stretch and flow with Aqua Sculpt, preparing your body and mind for the ultimate relaxation. Then, you will move onto our floating Aqua Sculpt boards, where you will lie back and relax on top of the water's surface and surrender to the vibrations of sound with Bess from The Bess Life.

Will I get wet on a Floating Board?
No. You will not get wet as you float. You will remain fully clothed throughout the experience and our attentive staff will assist you onto your floatation board from the poolside, providing a plush blanket and eye mask, to ensure your comfort.

What to expect on a Poolside Mat:
You can expect the same immersive sound and vibration experience as those floating on the water. However, instead of moving onto the floating boards in the pool, you’ll remain on the poolside, grounded on your mat for deep relaxation and connection.
