Thank you for registering for our Sculpt & Yoga class!

We have mats and blocks available for you to use, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. I also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house, with additional spots in the cul-de-sac on Timberline Dr.

For our OUTDOOR classes, please bring your own blanket and yoga or exercise mat. We’ll gather on the right side of my house under the tall pine trees, in the cul-de-sac of Timberline Dr & Clarkes Landing Dr. Extra parking is available there, as well as in front of my house at 2710 Clarkes Landing Dr. Please note: when class is outdoors, there is no online option.

This class is held at my home studio. We do have cats, but they are kept out of the studio if we know a participant has allergies. If you're allergic, please let us know ahead of time so we can take extra precautions.
