Join our Sculpt & Yoga classes Saturdays 10:30AM-11:30AM at Paloma's studio at her residence in Oakton. This is the perfect class if you're looking for full body workout to help you engage and strengthen all major muscles in your body. We always finish class with full body yoga stretching asanas.

Bring a yoga mat and your water bottle.
