Event description

During this workshop you will create a striking sculptural vessel made from the leaf sheath of a Bangalow Palm. A freestanding sculptural form or a wall pouch style piece.

You will learn how to prepare the material, cut, hand-stitch and adorn with found natural treasures into a beautiful form to showcase in your home or to give as a gift to that special someone.

WHATS INCLUDED

All materials and equipment (please feel free to bring along any found objects or adornments that are special to you if you would like to incorporate them into your project)

Nourishing lunch, selection of teas and coffee

Tour of our 1 acre garden oasis where you will learn about harvesting and preparation of plant materials for weaving

Small group sizes allow for plenty of one on one tuition as required

Peaceful and tranquil space, community connection, inspiration and individual creativity is encouraged

*Plant materials used may differ slightly from what is pictured due to seasonal availability
