SDG Schools Challenge (Term 3)

The BrainSTEM SDG Schools Challenge is a full-day program that fosters collaboration among students (Year 8-9) and teachers from government, Catholic, and independent schools. Together, we tackle some of the most pressing global issues in communities worldwide, and each participant is an integral part of the team.

Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, students will:

• Work with students from other schools (in mixed teams)

• Learn/develop new skills like Design Thinking

• Build expertise in problem-solving, critical thinking and brainstorming

• Use tools like LEGO for prototyping

• Compete against other teams and challenge yourself

• Listen to and learn from industry experts

• Present to judges and win prizes

Your ticket allows up to 10 students (Year 8/9) to attend the day.

The program's cost includes all workshop materials, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all participants.
