As part of the Make Decisions Real project, Inclusion Australia is running a series of 2-day pilot training workshops about Supported Decision Making for people with intellectual disability (decision makers) and their decision supporters.
Face-to-face workshop (Perth - North of the River)
Date: Tuesday 14th December and Wednesday 15th December 2021
Time: 10am - 2pm AWST (both days)
Venue: Multicultural Centre, Herb Graham Rec Centre, 38 Ashbury Cresent Mirrabooka WA
- Accessible venue
- Catered morning tea and lunch provided
- Free parking available and close to public transport
- Limit of 10 decision makers with intellectual disability per workshop - with a maximum of 2 supporters each.
Please note this is a 2 day workshop - you need to be able to attend both days.
