Sea Country at Nepenthe Cellar Door
Event description
Join us for an unforgettable evening at Nepenthe Wines on Saturday, 1st November, nestled in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. Indulge in exquisite wines and authentic paella while immersing yourself in powerful films and inspiring conversations about our ocean’s future. Experience engaging workshops, delicious food trucks, and an outdoor cinema showcasing compelling stories from the sea.
Together, we will rally behind the Final Fight for the Bight — a vital campaign to secure World Heritage protection for one of the world’s last great wild coastlines.
Plus you won't want to miss 'Weave Hope: Stories & Healing from Sea Country' a grounding and creative workshop led by Ngahuia Trewartha, Chair of Fishery Bay Surfing Reserve, community advocate, and founder of Mana Ceremonies, alongside Creative Arts Therapist Michelle Bawden. Together, we'll weave, create smudge sticks, and write affirmations to foster connection, storytelling, and hope.
