Enjoy a morning with Sea Gals and the Neighbourhood Sauna (TNS) at South Beach!

Have you ever been to a sauna and got stuck sitting next to a man who won't stop advising you on what stocks you should invest in? Or you've booked the only spot left in the sauna, and happen to be sharing the space with a footy team? Well, not this time! This is a GALS ONLY sauna sesh where you can feel safe, welcomed and free to be you and come as you are.

Step into a morning with good tunes and great vibes alongside other members of the Sea Gals community, all while enjoying a luxurious sauna session designed to melt away stress and rejuvenate your senses. TNS saunas offers the perfect sanctuary for reset and relaxation, whether you're seeking a moment of solitude or a shared experience with friends. During your session, you can cool yourself down with a dip in the ocean whenever you need.

There will be a maximum of 12 people per session, so don't wait - get yourself booked on before all spots are taken!

WHAT TO BRING:
- water bottle
- 2 towels (one for sauna, one for ocean)
- wear your bathers

Important things to note, please read the below. So that everyone has a good time and enjoys their experience, there are just a few things you need to know.

The South Beach Sauna is Communal. 
Your health is your own responsibility. If you have any of the following please talk to your doctor before booking this session. 
- Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure 
- Heart Failure 
- Unstable Angina 
- Are taking any medication that will interfere with body temp regulation 
- Are taking medication that makes you drowsy 
- If you have any COVID-19 Symptoms or are unwell.

No anti-social behaviour will be tolerated. 
Please do not consume any alcohol or recreational drugs before or during your session.  
Please keep the talking in the sauna to a minimum and respect peoples choice of silence. 
Do not place water on the rocks unless all people agree in the session.
A higher temperature can be obtained by sitting or swapping with someone that is on the higher benches.  
Failure to cancel your booking before 12 hours prior to the session start time will result in a charge of the full amount.  
Lastly… please arrive early for your session and make yourself known to one of our lovely staff members.
