Sea Shepherd Brisbane "Watson" screening event night
Event description
Like a crime-fighting superhero of the high seas, Sea Shepherd Founder Captain Paul Watson has spent his life sailing the globe to keep our oceans and its creatures safe.
Join us on Thursday, November 26th 6.00pm at The Botanic Bar, P Block, QUT Gardens Point, for a screening of ‘Watson’ - a 2019 documentary that melds contemporary interviews with Captain Paul Watson, archival clips of Sea Shepherd's dramatic encounters, alongside breathtaking underwater footage. It is an inspiring documentary that shows the impressive impact one person can make in helping our environment and ecosystem that keeps us all alive.
The evening will include Education, stalls from the Campaigns, Sea Shepherd Merchandise, and Live Music. The bar will be open for the event to help the festivities.
Proceeds from all ticket sales go to Sea Shepherd Brisbane Chapter to keep the Ships at sea and protecting the Oceans.
