Sea the Weed - 19 January 2024
Event description
You are invited to Sea the Weed!
100 identified leaders are invited to answer the call of one of millions of species on earth, Crayweed, an underwater species which creates sea forests. Sea The Weed is a return to relations with the ocean, a guided experience to understand, access and learn from the Crayweed.
This project will follow the changes in our intelligence when we spend time in nature, in the ocean, and in deep relation with species like Crayweed, and will be documented by AIME's IMAGI-NATION Studios; exploring the role of nature's intelligence, our relationship with nature, and what custodianship could look like.
Throughout the course of this 12 month project, we will invite you to:
- Come to the water at least once, to experience and learn from Crayweed.
- Participate in simple, voluntary and confidential physiological evaluations, to see what changes these experiences invoke for you.
- Have an AIME Mentor shadow & interview you for a day, to understand your ocean experience, through story.
