Our ‘Foraging at Dawn’ tour offers insights into native Australian sea botanicals and their usage in the local distillation process. Discover the wonders of the Northern Beaches, as you learn about various typesof seaweeds that thrive in the region. Understand their vital roles in combating climate change and providing a habitat for enchanting sea creatures such as the majestic seahorse.Accompanied by our expert guide, master distiller Alastair Whiteley, you will return to the distillery after the foraging expedition, there Alastair will reveal the secrets of integrating these incredible seaweed ingredients into our non-alcoholic distilling process. And of course, you’ll have the opportunity to savour the intricate flavours in a tasting session. This experience is perfect for foodies, budding foragers and anyone intrigued by the emerging world of non-alcoholic botanical production. During this three hour adventure, you’ll be treated to a morning filled with excitement, laughter and an in depth exploration of the art of non-alcoholic distillation, the remarkable properties of seaweed, and its endless possibilities.
