Our local marine environment can be a rich and plentiful food source. But can it be sustainable, healthy and delicious?
Join experienced chef Phil Davy, and other academics from our Food Science and Numan Nutrition, Marine & Environmental Science teams to learn more about cooking with local marine products.
Phil and the team will guide you through some simple and tasty recipes that are easy to incorporate into your everyday meals.
And the best part is? You’ll get to enjoy your creation on the day!
