Join marine scientist and shark expert, Dr Adrian Gutteridge and Mat Goddard, Founder of Aquacultr to find out how science and innovation are helping us navigate the complexities of sustainable seafood and how you as the
consumer help create positive change. You will discover ways to help not only your wallet, but the ecosystem.

Mat Goddard has a vision of a future for food which has ignited an unparalleled drive and focus. He believes that with advances in technology, business models and a focus on sustainability, we can create a more efficient and sustainable food system. He has a deep philosophical belief in connecting people to their food and how this will underpin the future of food production and consumption and he is tackling the exciting challenge of shaping the future of sustainable aquaculture and protein production.
Dr Adrian Gutteridge is an expert shark biologist, MSC Fisheries Assessment Manager and member of the IUCN Shark Specialist Group. Last Christmas he was part of leading the charge for sustainable seafood choices by supporting our local fishmongers, fisheries and retailers, championing sustainability in seafood choices with standards meeting the #MSCBlueFishTick.Â
