FAQs

Do I have to pre-book tickets or can I just turn up?
For catering purposes, we need to know how many platters will be needed by Tuesday 18 March. We may have several available for walk-ups on the day, so you're welcome to try your luck! If you'd just like to buy drinks from the bar and listen to the music, buy your ticket online or just turn up on the day.

What are the seating arrangements?
As per previous years, we don't reserve any seating. There are large round tables inside the Sunset Room that seat 10 people comfortably. Or there will be smaller seating areas outside on the deck. Once you arrive, take a seat where you wish, order your drinks at the bar, and we'll bring your platter to you.

What time should I arrive?
You can arrive when doors open at 1 pm, or you can arrive any time between 1 pm and 2 pm to receive your platter. Take your time to enjoy and listen to the music until 3 pm. The bar will close at 4 pm.
