Seaside Song Circle

Come join our Seaside Song Circle  with Lauren Maslin and Al Muir ( every fortnight) - To sing is to be free. For so many generations, and in our own lifetimes since childhood, we have been shut down by authority and the system, especially our voices. Too often we were / are told - be quiet ( how many times were you and your friends told this at school over the years ?), you can't sing, being laughed at, scolded to  stop talking. We all sang as kids up to a certain age. Its natural. In adulthood, we don't sing or speak our truth out of people pleasing, being conditioned and programmed not to. To not sing and express ourselves makes us small, and controlled. We fear being embarrassed, shut down, sounding terrible etc. This circle encourages your vocal expression, opening divine energy to throat, heart and original wildness in a safe space. Supporting each other, and being supported to stand in your sovereign being, power and truth. To throw of the shackles of judgement and fear, and all sing together! We will do one of, and/or a variety of mantra's, medicine songs, affirmations and popular songs over the weeks. Lauren and Al will lead, support and encourage you into joy, light heartedness, and freedom through song.
