Seaside Sound Breathwork Meditation - Balancing Your Divine Masculine & Feminine Energy

This meditation was devised for the Reclaiming Your Power - Balancing the Masculine and Feminine Within workshop that I co-facilitated with the wonderful Elizabeth Morris from The She Spot back in April. It has similarities to the yogic Nadi Shodhana (nostril breathing) practice, and chakra meditations. Presented in an easy to follow and effective manner. Unfortunately we ran out of time to do it, so I am bringing it to light now. It has worked wonders for me ( I test drive my meditations for a while first), who as a man, after doing our workshop, realised I was in my divine feminine creating a lot , but not bringing it all together with the divine masculine!                                                                                                               We all have masculine and feminine energy, and it wavers from one to another. To recognize this, and bring them into harmony with each other is empowering. To be able to respond with awareness, and not react with habit and programming. To do this energetically. No narrative necessary. This meditation is a mixture of breathing to a gong, whilst concentrating on our masculine and feminine energy up and down the central channel (spine),and using our imagination, awareness and feelings. Its a bit more of a yang instructional   meditation that brings a feeling of power and balance in whichever energy you need. And can then be practiced regularly, as well as being used as a circuit breaker in short bursts when we recognize we are in our 'conditioned' masculine and feminine. The preference is to be seated, but if youre more comfortable laying down, bring a yoga mat and pillow. And warm clothes. Herbal teas provided for a chit chat afterwards.
