Our popular Seaside Sound Immersions continue with Lauren Maslin, and her divine vocals , joining Al Muir on guitar, vocals. And a selection of high vibrational instruments including bowls, gongs, chalice, drum etc. Melding and intertwining together to take you on a magikal and empowering sound and musical journey, where we combine all our energies together to lift the vibration and spirits of each other, and ourselves, in loving harmony. Lay back, and take in this beautiful, healing, heart centred mix of energy, sound, music, and vibration. A divine experience indeed. You deserve it!
WHAT TO BRING : A yoga mat (or blanket) to lie on, pillow, warm, comfortable clothing ( it can be a bit chilly in the yacht club with the wooden floor), extra blanket to cover yourself for comfort and warmth, water bottle. A mug for herbal tea
AFTERWARDS : We will have some herbal teas available for a mingle and chat . Make sure to drink plenty of water, and take time to integrate this sound based energetic experience.
