☔️ Winter and the Water element invite us inward, into stillness, deep rest, and quiet restoration. In Shiatsu and Qi Gong ( Chinese Medicine), Water is associated with the kidneys and bladder, the source of our foundational energy, resilience, and the wisdom to conserve what is essential.

As the outer world slows down in winter, we are called to soften, replenish, and listen deeply to the body’s need for warmth, nourishment, and presence.

The first in a series of Seasonal Retreats, Winter Warmer is a setting for our nervous system and subconscious thought processes to be aligned to deep rest and listening.

This retreat is Rooted in Eastern philosophy, engaging with practices that work to calibrate the body, supporting its process of changing with the season.
