A beautiful introduction to meditation and breathwork. Inspired by the season, Autumn, we journey through the flow of letting go. Join us for the ultimate self care, connecting to ourselves through music, mindfulness and of course the breath. An opportunity to relax, allowing your nervous system to unwind and just be.
