I have a passion for supporting women's health and fixing hormonal problems in particular endometriosis, infertility, and polycystic ovary disease.

Some clinical focus areas include vaginal health issues such as reoccurring thrush & bacterial vaginosis, amenorrhea, PMS, PMDD, peri-menopause transition, stress & anxiety, and chronic fatigue. With a young family myself I find such joy in supporting children's health, particularly allergic conditions such as eczema, asthma, food intolerances & and allergies.

I love to look at the nitty-gritty - investigating and asking the right questions to get an in-depth understanding of your symptom picture to create a treatment plan that works for you - with tailored dietary advice, lifestyle tweaks, and powerful herbal & and nutritional medicine.
