The Winter Seasonal Reset Workshop focuses on delicious seasonal food and provides learning on easy ways to improve your wellbeing. 

Join like-minded humans in a hands-on, practical environment and take home nutrition tips that leave you feeling empowered to get in the kitchen and achieve simple, delicious and seasonal meals.

Your chance to experience fresh produce, a hands-on cooking class and take home resources, including;

• Expert nutrition education and advice from the Live Nutrition team
• A dinner to eat during and leftovers to take home
• Drinks are provided on the night, including wine
• Recipe cards and more take home resources.
