Seasonal Workshop: Summer Shine

Summer holds deep spiritual significance across cultures and traditions. It is a time of abundance, growth, and connection to the natural world. This is the 2/4 seasonal workshops.

We are cyclical beings and who better to guide us to get into the rhythm than Mother Nature herself. We can learn to flow with her seasons, as each comes with their own offerings, physically mentally and emotionally. In this workshop we'll hold the safe space for you to get started on your seasonal journey.

What's included:

Introduction talk on the Summer Season: What it has to offer and How to work with it.

Nutrition talk on how to fuel your body through the season with our fabulous Dietician, Joci Reis.

Movement Practice, including Somatic Practices (ways to release tension in the body), Breathwork and Meditation.

We'll finish our time together with some restorative yoga and a sound bath.

About your Hosts:

Sai: Developmental & Spiritual Coach, Yoga & Pilates Teacher, her entire vibe is about being intentional, purposeful and mindful about flowing with life, from studio spaces into everyday life. Sai is passionate about helping individuals reconnect to their wholeness by tapping into their innate inner wisdom so they can have more soul-led lives.

Joci: As a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and qualified yoga teacher who practices holistic living, Joci brings a deep understanding of how to integrate nutrition, movement, and mindfulness in alignment with nature's rhythms for overall well-being.
