🌷 Our theme: Trusting Your Intuition & Embracing Matrescence

Matrescence is the transformation we experience as we become mothers. It's a season of growth, change and discovering a new version of ourselves.

Through gentle movement, journalling and meaningful connection, we'll explore releasing fears and expectations, quietening the outside noise, trusting our inner wisdom and embracing the woman we're becoming.

A reminder that as we prepare to welcome a new little life, we are becoming someone new, too.

🤍 All expectant mothers are welcome. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you're welcoming another little one into your family, there is space for you here.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga mats and cushions are provided. Just bring yourself and anything you need to feel comfortable.
