Come along for our weekly get together in Boonah with Drew & Anna.  We're a welcoming, inclusive group - you can follow the stretches at your own pace and level. 

To begin each class, we use an essential oil and a breathing practise.  

You'll discover the 4-breath technique to calm your mind and aid sleep.
