SECNA AGM 2024

Annual General Meeting. Get involved!

SECNA's AGM is how members most actively influence the way SECNA is managed.

At the AGM, members can hear our board talk through the activities of SECNA for the past year, and recognise and celebrate the achievements of our volunteer base and community.

Importantly, the AGM sets broad direction and it is when industry members elect the directors who will represent the members in the ongoing governance of SECNA.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to: 

• find out about SECNA’s operations and finances
• ask questions about any items on the agenda
• vote on resolutions and director elections

Business will include the election of 5 new directors. 

All industry (social enterprise) members are eligible to vote and it is important that every industry member votes. Associate members and guests are welcome to attend and ask questions, but are not eligible to vote.
