Secret Sunrise Ohio Vol 5 Spring Awakening

Come and celebrate life and experience the magic and joy of Secret Sunrise! Shake off the Winter blues and awaken the Spring energy in you! 

Secret Sunrise is a guided dance that celebrates life through music, movement and connection. We use a mix of mindfulness, breathwork, play and dance with wireless headphones to create a unique experience like no other. Skilled facilitators will guide you along the way – all ages are welcomed and no dance experience is necessary! Come dance, play and release that inner child! 

What to Expect

The session is 60 minutes long, and will start with gentle mindfulness before you are guided to dance through a journey of uplifting music, incorporating playfulness, movement, connection, and joy. It is an experience like no other! When you arrive, you will be given a pair of wireless headphones, which will help you to truly feel immersed in the music and the moment, and you will be able to hear your Facilitator through the headphones. 

Enjoy the golden hour of sunset, twilight and moonrise together. The event is held @ The Hoop Vault Training Center indoor gym.  Please wear athletic shoes suitable for a gym floor.  If weather permits, we may venture outside for part of the dance.

Please arrive @5:45pm or before to  check in, receive your headphones and find a comfy space. Our session starts promptly at 6:00pm If weather permits, we may take our joy outside to appreciate the sunset.  

What to bring: 

• A yoga mat or towel/blanket to lay down on
• A bottle of water
• An open mind :) 
• Express your playfullness or individuality with your clothing. Wear your favorite Spring color, dress like a Spring flower- quirky, colorful and fun clothing make us smile!!!

We will be moving for 60 minutes, so please wear comfortable and warm layered clothing.
