Event description
We will actively explore tips, tricks and the secrets of balance and flexibility, which will leave your body and mind feeling amazing, before sinking into a blissful guided meditation. Float through the rest of your weekend.
Improving balance and flexibility in the body:
- not only allows you to enjoy a stronger and more supple body, but provides you with a more balanced and flexible mind.
- is the perfect companion for any athlete, gym-lover or sports person. If you love your equine sports, rugby, golf, tennis or any other active pursuit, especially through winter, you will value the injury prevention, resilience and performance enhancement of this workshop and a regular yoga practice.
- improves cognitive functioning, such as; creative thinking, solutions orientation, emotional stability, coping mechanisms, calm, peace and mindfulness (the ability to be present and to enjoy each moment as it presents itself).
Please bring a water bottle, a blanket, a yoga mat (I have plenty of spares if you don't have one) and dress in comfortable, warm, layered clothing that you can easily move in.
