Announcing our next Shire-famous Sourdough Course! This course is being held on Saturday 26th June at 3pm & it will equip you with both traditional techniques and modern tips & tricks for making your own Sourdough cobb with our organic 30-year old starter culture!

Whether you're new to baking or looking to expand your skills, this hands-on tutorial will provide you with the knowledge to take your Sourdough baking to the next level.

During this two-hour session, you will learn everything associated with creating your own Sourdough - including the starter culture, fermenting the levain, preparing the autolyse, various folding techniques & our recommended baking method.

Our focus for this event is to set you up for ongoing success through building your confidence in handling dough & baking the perfect Sourdough loaf every time!

EVENT DETAILS:

What: Sourdough Baking Workshop: Learn to prepare and bake your own Sourdough & Starter Culture. You'll be guided through an interactive demonstration to prepare your own dough for baking a luscious loaf of Sourdough.

When: Saturday 26th June 2021 at 3pm for two hours.

Where: Based in Bilambil Heights, NSW (address released with ticket)

Investment: $80 plus Charitable Booking Fee: This project provides scholarships to support indigenous students with accessible education.

What to wear/bring: Comfortable clothes that can handle a little baking mess. Please bring along a clean tea-towel & a large cooking bowl if possible.
Everything else to create your Sourdough loaf is supplied at the workshop.
