About the Speakers

Dr Jen Graham-Taylor is a General Practitioner with a holistic approach to health and medicine. Her passion for lifelong learning led her to gain postgraduate qualifications in Sports, Nutritional, and Occupational Medicine. She runs South Coast Sports Medicine in Albany that runs services for improving physical function and health.

Julie Hooper is a Registered Nutritionist, physiologist, educator and wellness coach. Through Flynness Healthcare she offers consulting and educating in nutritional physiology using food, physiology and lifestyle changes as a basis for a healthy body.

Nicole Forgione is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, personal trainer and mindset coach. Using the art of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) she helps people change the way they think by using powerful mindset strategies. She specialisies in helping menopausal women take charge of their health so they can look and feel at their best.

This holistic health event is being held on Saturday 12th October 2024 from 1.00pm to 4.00pm at Retravision Stadium, 156 Lockyer Avenue in Albany, Western Australia.

After the presentations there will be an opportunity for questions and to personally meet the practitioners.

The cost is just $10 per ticket (plus booking fee) and spaces are limited. Booking is recommended to reserve your spot and avoid disappointment (tickets at the door may be available).Light refreshments provided.
