That could be whatever your heart desires; a pair of overalls, leggings, your favourite lacy lingerie piece that you have been longing to wear. Now is your opportunity to be daring, to explore your inner exhibitionist or play with what makes you feel alive and fabulous.

If this sounds like your scene, you're invited to experience a Women's Embodied Dance journey with us. Through the magic of movement and dance I will share unique practices that beckon you home to the wild, sensual, radiant woman within each of us.

We won’t be bouncing around the room for three solid hours. There will be little breaks on the journey which includes a warm up, playful group exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation to conclude.

Following the session we will open the space to connect and bring a small share plate to end the evening together.

No previous dance experience required. Simply come as you are. And know that all of YOU is welcome in this safe container for all authentic expression.

WHAT IS SED:
Sensual Embodied Dance (SED) is about cultivating an intimate relationship with your body and the aliveness that is continually flowing through it. A well of pleasure and radiance resides in every single person, even if their mind is too busy to notice and their body too tense to feel. Using embodied dance and movement practices that are designed specifically to unwind tension patterns in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses, this methodology invites women to experience a profound, often life-changing, connection to themselves and their body.

*As a woman we can get so wrapped up in our service to others, that we forget to invest & partake in experiences that keep ascending who we are! The concept of SED was very foreign to me, and I had never taken part in anything like it before, and so there was naturally some apprehension (and excitement) about "dancing" around a room with a bunch of other women I didn't know. But, the way that the class is facilitated and the depth of connection you discover with the other women and within yourself is by far worth the initial awkwardness!
