If you work for, volunteer at, or serve on the board of a not-for-profit organisation in WA, join us for this FREE 3 hour workshop designed to improve your cultural competency skills and improve your ability to engage with people from a migrant or refugee backgrounds.
Whether you're an ace when it comes to other cultures, or if there is room for improvement, See Me See You is a fantastic opportunity to check your intercultural readiness, up-skill, and have fun!
Training includes information on:
Intercultural awareness
Intercultural communication
Acknowledging own cultural bias
Application of cultural responsiveness to everyday systems
Developing intercultural competencies
Synchronising ideas and actions
Complexities of cultural differences
English as a second language as global English
