SEED: From Story to Spark is a four-hour, in-person, soul-nourishing afternoon of storytelling, energy clearing, visioning, and ceremony, guided by Michelle Garside and Tami McCarthy, two women who have dedicated their lives to helping others return home to themselves.

• Energy activation, release what’s been weighing you down

1:00 PM - Nourishing Lunch + Connection

• Beautifully prepared meal, slow conversation, nature walk

1:45 PM - Future Self Visioning (led by Michelle)

• Guided future visualization, writing, claiming who you’re becoming

2:30 PM - Seed Ceremony + Seasonal Blessing (led by Tami)

As an artist and practitioner, her work illuminates the stories we all carry and in sharing them, creates space for healing, connection, and transformation. Through her signature SPARK Method, Tami helps women unlock their inner wisdom, remember their aliveness, and reconnect to their essence through meditation, ceremony, and intuitive storytelling. Her home sanctuary in North Stamford offers a tranquil escape from the noise of life - a place of true grounding and creative activation.
