Through her signature SPARK Method, Tami helps women unlock their inner wisdom, remember their aliveness, and reconnect to their essence through meditation, ceremony, and intuitive storytelling. Her home sanctuary in North Stamford offers a tranquil escape from the noise of life - a place of true grounding and creative activation.
