Seedbed Change Incubator Program Dinner

Event description

Join us for a support dinner with Rev Dr Ash Barker, Executive Director of Seedbeds who will update us on Seedbed change incubator projects and recent pioneering work in Myanmar.

Our friends from within the Myanmar National Unity Government requested help to support the 350,000 workers involved in the Civil Disobedience Movement who cannot work in their regular jobs because of the Military Dictatorship. Based on Seedbeds’ MA and Change Makers community leaders programs, we designed this ‘Change Incubator’ process so that some of these leaders can grow their hopes for change into reality with online training and coaching that culminates in a pitch for change to a resource panel.

From April to July 2022 we piloted the ‘Seedbeds Change Incubator' program with 50 community leaders handpicked by the National Unity Government. We could take on 100 more for the next cohort starting in May 2023 if we had the capacity. We hope to raise $300 per participant-leader to help this happen.
