Seeding Dreams

Our visions are vital. Creating space for presence, reflection and stillness allows us to imagine and shape what comes next. As nature begins to awaken in the spring, we come together to dream.

We begin sharing Tea in quietude - creating space within, inviting a deeper connection to self - a softening into presence. We awaken our senses to what we want to bring forth - the visions we are wanting to express at this time.

We then engage in the tactile process of creating a vision board, using our hands to shape the imagery we put down on paper. A message to the ether and to ourselves of what we want to embody - how we want to live.

We will be nourished with a community lunch and herbal tea. All materials will be provided. Just bring yourself, an open heart, mind and spirit.
