Seedlings Nature Play at Woodhouse

Slow down, step outside and discover the magic of nature together.

Designed for children aged 3–6 years and their grown-up, Seedlings Nature Play is a three-hour guided experience inspired by Woodhouse's much-loved Seedlings excursion program.

Together you'll wander through the beautiful Woodhouse grounds, search for tiny treasures, build with sticks and leaves, create nature-inspired art and discover the fascinating creatures that call our wetlands home.

Throughout the session our experienced facilitators will guide a series of hands-on activities while leaving plenty of room for children to follow their own interests, ask questions and simply enjoy being outdoors.

Your session includes:

• Nature discovery walk

• Stick and loose parts play

• Nature art and creative activities

• Ponding and water bug exploration

• Time for free play and exploration

Perfect for preschoolers and early primary-aged children, this relaxed session is a wonderful way to connect with your child, make new friends and experience the benefits of spending time in nature together.

Please note: Each ticket includes entry for one child and one accompanying grown-up. Grown-ups stay with and participate alongside their child throughout the session.
