Spring is a time of growth and renewal, dawning a new phase of creation. The earth is awakened from her winter sleep, warming with the ever-increasing light. Seeds of potentiality embraced within her darkness begin germinating and new life emerges all around us.

Join us on a deep explorative journey into the void and bring forth what is ready to be accessed and expressed through you, from you, and as you.

Riding on our breath, we will journey to the spaces in-between lovingly guided by a combination of healing sounds, plant medicine and wisdom teachings. The invitation for this retreat is to explore what is ready to be expressed through you as body movement, voice, song and your presence.
