Come along to Valla Public hall on Saturday May 4th from 3-5PM for a beautiful, uplifting and heart-opening sound immersion.
Combining voice, bowls, percusion and gong, this experiential soundscape will relax, revitalise, recalibrate and raise the vibration of every cell in your being. Sound frequencies have been shown to have profound healing capacities for the body, mind and spirit and have been incorporated in all cultures as a result.
Ginny Cook is an experienced sound healer, singer and yoga teacher.
