    Event description

All sorts of feelings and emotions can come up when we wear clothes, many of these feelings can be in response to how we think others might perceive us. Jack Katz suggests “the individual depends on others to know himself or herself. I must look to others to see myself, to know myself, literally to find myself.”

This project invites you to participate in a performance/experiment/experience that explores how our perception of self is influenced by another and why this might affect what we wear. A collaboration between artist Adele Varcoe and psychology researchers Simone Mizzi and James Collett.

Tickets for Seeing you, seeing me are now available! Please note tickets are limited.
