• What is Seek Silence?

  A room built to be heard in. Step out of the noise and into near-total silence, then experience Asahi Super Dry Nama Jokki the way it was meant to be: with your full attention. It's short, it's singular, and there's nothing else quite like it.

• What's included in my ticket?

  Your $20 ticket includes the full Seek Silence experience: the sound chamber session, an immersive light installation, the chance to try Asahi Super Dry Nama Jokki, and bites by Azabu, Auckland's acclaimed Japanese-Peruvian kitchen.

• Why can't I book more than two tickets?

  Seek Silence is a timed experience with limited space per session, so bookings are capped at two per arrival window. Bringing more people? Book them into other sessions nearby.

• The space is enclosed and dark — is that for everyone?

  Part of the Seek Silence experience (approximately two minutes) takes place in a fully enclosed, quiet space with very low light. It's a big part of what makes the moment work — but it won't be for everyone. If you experience claustrophobia or feel uneasy in dark, confined spaces, we'd gently suggest this one isn't for you.

• How long will I be there?

  Allow for 45 minutes from arrival to exit. Your booking time is your arrival window — the experience flows from there.

• Can I come alone or with someone?

  Both. Book a spot for yourself or bring one other person, up to two people per arrival window. You'll arrive together, and the quiet is yours.

• Do I need to be a certain age?

  Yes — this is an 18+ event. Please bring valid photo ID; we will be unable to admit you without it.

• Will I be filmed?

  There may be filming during the experience, and by booking you're agreeing to our attendee waiver (you'll see this at checkout). Content may be used publicly. Inside the quiet, though, we'd encourage you to leave your phone away — this one's worth being present for.

• What if I'm running late?

  This is a timed experience, so please arrive a few minutes before your slot. If you miss it, we'll do our best to fit you in, but we can't guarantee entry outside your booked time.

• Is the space accessible?

  We want everyone to be able to experience Seek Silence. If you have any access requirements, get in touch before your visit and we'll help however we can.

• Can I change or transfer my booking?

  Need to make a change? Contact us through your Humanitix confirmation and we'll sort it where we can.

• Can I get a refund?

  Yes — you can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your session. Within 7 days of your booked time, tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to pass yours to someone else. Just manage it through your Humanitix confirmation.
