Event description

Get ready for an electrifying night of live music at The Lord Gladstone Hotel on August 30, 2025. This exciting event will showcase a diverse lineup featuring three incredibly talented acts: indie synth-rock band Selene and the Strange, dreamy alt-pop collective LUCIDBLOOM, and the soulful sounds of Alia Sharp. Whether you're into atmospheric melodies, infectious energy, or introspective lyricism, this event promises to deliver a dreamy night full of music that will set your hearts on fire.

Selene and the Strange

Hailing from Sydney, Selene and the Strange are an emerging indie synth-rock band known for their dynamic sound and captivating performances. Their recent shows have been met with enthusiastic acclaim, blending powerful melodies with raw energy that fills the venue. Expect a genre-blurring experience that combines dreamy, electronic indie music with elements of rock and pop.

LUCIDBLOOM

LUCIDBLOOM create surging femme-fronted dream pop within a swirling dreamscape of sound, colour and haze. Immersed in light and billowing smoke, LUCIDBLOOM craft a lushly layered and hypnotic live show, a synasethic fever dream of darkness and light. Their latest single, "Aftermath," takes you on a sweeping exploration of grief, human connection, and emotional reckoning.

Alia Sharp

Alia Sharp is an independent producer, writer, and performer with deep roots in the Blue Mountains. Her music blends neo-soul, indie pop, and experimental sounds, offering introspective lyrics and emotive performances. Her sophomore album, "Apocalypse Baby," explores themes of existential reflection and personal growth, resonating with listeners seeking authenticity and depth in music.
